Reporting To: Owners at Headquarters in Buffalo, NY
Hamburg Overhead Door, Inc., a leading garage door company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for our Syracuse, NY location. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations while reporting directly to the owners at our Buffalo, NY headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize daily operations of the Syracuse branch
- Ensure efficient scheduling and time management of staff and projects
- Foster a detail-oriented approach to quality and service
- Maintain strong communication channels with both staff and headquarters
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the garage door industry to guide decision-making
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in a managerial role, preferably in the garage door industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of garage door products and services
Position Details:
